Protecting Missouri Cave & Karst Resources
Currently, Missouri Caves & Karst Conservancy owns caves in Perry County, Laclede County and Pulaski County, leases one cave in Barry County and manages seven caves located in Ozark, Jasper, Camden, Ripley, St. Clair and Pulaski Counties. The caves are important karst resources and are noted for particularly fascinating characteristics, striking speleothems, interesting cave biota and endangered bat and fish species.
