Carroll Cave Trip Permit Request

All trips in Carroll Cave must be led by a person who has completed the trip leader training session. They must also have participated in several previous Carroll Cave trips.

MCKC and Carroll Cave expects all trip leaders to be aware of the threat of WNS and prepare their group accordingly. Please use equipment dedicated only to Carroll whenever possible. Click here for the current best approach: Missouri Speleological Survey – Info on WNS

Every participant on a Carroll Cave trip must have signed a release of liability BEFORE going in the cave. The form can be downloaded here:

MCKC-Liability-Release-Form

There are some printed release forms in the black box in the silo.

When the trip is completed, the trip leader has to write and turn in a trip report. The signed waivers should be photographed and sent to (TBD).
